I stumbled into the idea of "Exhale First Breathing" and then ... i could cope. It made all the difference. Fast, easy, safe ... and one exhale-first-breath at a time - i got thru the experience.
To my surprise, when i looked for it on line, NO ONE had talked or written about this simple coping method, not in medical literature, not in popular medical advice posts and videos.
SO... i'm working to share with others.
